The Joy of Weekend
The weekend brings great joy. Some prefer staying home, watching TV, while others go shopping. For me, I enjoy outdoor activities. Last Friday night, after school, I visited my grandparents. They were a bit shy but very friendly. We sat around a big table for a delicious dinner on the eve of the Lunar New Year. The fresh air and green fields in my dad's hometown in Hubei made it an unforgettable experience. I hope to return there again!
My English Teacher
My English teacher, Mrs. Zhang, is lovely and pretty with big eyes and long straight hair. She is helpful and popular. She teaches us English and her favorite color is pink. I like her a lot because she makes learning English fun and interesting.
A Visit to the Countryside
During the winter holiday, we visited my dad's hometown in Hubei. The high buildings and beautiful cars in the city contrasted with the fresh air, green fields, and blue sky of the countryside. We had a wonderful time picking strawberries in a greenhouse and enjoying a big family dinner on the Eve of the Lunar New Year. The fresh food was something we couldn't buy in the city, and it was a delightful experience.
Classroom Environment
Our classroom is a lively place. There's a blackboard on the wall and many desks and chairs for us to work. We discuss and share ideas fiercely but always reach a consensus. After class, my teacher and I often play chess and chat, getting along well. Campus life is colorful and full of interesting activities.
Thinking About the Last Day
If tomorrow were the last day, many people would want to travel to their dream places or spend time with their families. Children, regardless of arguments, always love their parents deeply. This was evident when we asked them what they would do if tomorrow were their last day, and they chose to spend time with their parents.
